Lifelong Learning
Engagement in self-assessment of digital skills. Using self-reflection to tailor accessible digital environments and continue digital skills learning.

Guiding Questions
- Do I take time to reflect on what I’ve learned and set goals for what I still want to learn?
- When I need to learn something new, am I able to find and use online resources?
- Am I able to adapt to new tools and technology, building on my current skills and experiences?

The pace with which technology impacts all aspects of our lives requires continuous learning and the ability to adapt to ongoing shifts in how we communicate, share, work, learn, and stay informed. Lifelong learning requires exposure to new technologies and consideration of the benefits and drawbacks of these technologies; an awareness of how technology impacts the skills and mindsets needed to remain meaningfully engaged in work, community, educational, and personal environments; and an understanding of how to effectively leverage technology to learn new skills and solve everyday problems.
